**Job Description**:We are looking for a Cross-Border Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing operations in both our Tijuana and San Diego locations.This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing our manufacturing processes, supply chain, and overall efficiency while maintaining strong coordination between the two sites.Key Responsibilities:Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations at both the Tijuana and San Diego sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.Supply Chain Coordination: Manage the cross-border supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely material availability.ERP Expertise: Utilize ERP software to manage and optimize operations, including inventory control, production planning, and order processing.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor operations teams at both sites, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures at both sites, maintaining high product quality.Cost Management:
