** ** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements related to chemical procurement.Create and update Purchase Orders using QAD and SAP.
** ** Create internal reports in Excel.Order samples for raw materials and track shipments.
- **Supplier Management & Negotiation: **_** ** Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize costs and service levels.Manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality, delivery, and sustainability standards.
** ** Mitigate supply risks by developing alternative sources and ensuring continuity of supply.
- **Inventory & Cost Control: **_** ** ** ** Collaborate with production, planning, and inventory teams to ensure optimal raw material stock levels.
** ** Monitor inventory usage and coordinate with stakeholders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- **Track and report key procurement metrics, driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.Compliance & Documentation: **_** ** Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts,



and supplier agreements.Support audits and compliance reviews related to raw material sourcing.Qualifications &- **Requirements**:_ ** **- ** *Advance knowledge of the English language.
** *- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
** **:- ** 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within the chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
**- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
** **:- ** Knowledge of chemical raw materials, supply chain logistics, and general sourcing strategies.
**- Familiarity with procurement software (QAD, SAP, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
** **:- ** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
**- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
- **Experience with international sourcing and supplier management.
** Understanding of regulatory frameworks for chemical products in USA and Mexico.
** **:- **Professional certifications (CPSM, CIPS, or APICS) are a plus but not essential.
