We´re looking your Talent as "RPA Developer (Power Automate)"

Responsibilities

- Lead and review work across all phases (plan, analyze, design, build and test)
- Direct efforts to define technical, operational and user requirements
- Develop based on the requirement shared by the client/ customer.
- Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions and lead efforts to develop and implement client approved solution.
- Take responsibility for project activities including work estimation, planning, stakeholder management and project quality

Functional Skills

Power Automate Cloud Flows Development

- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud for event-driven, scheduled, and approval-based business processes.

Power Automate Desktop (PAD) / RPA Development

- Develop unattended and attended desktop automations using Power Automate Desktop.
- Strong knowledge of UI automation, web automation, desktop automation, OCR, exception handling, and reusable component design.

SAP Automation Expertise

- Hands-on experience automating SAP GUI, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP web-based transactions using Power Automate Desktop.

SAP Functional Knowledge

- Understanding of one or more SAP functional areas such as Finance (FI/CO), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Supply Chain (SCM), Materials Management (MM), Human Resources (HCM), or Asset Management.

API and Integration Development

- Experience integrating Power Automate with SAP APIs, REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL databases, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with SAP BAPIs, OData services,



and RFC connections is preferred.

Solution Design and Process Assessment Exception Handling and Operational Support

Governance, Security, and Compliance

- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, environment management, DLP policies, credential vaulting, and role-based access controls.
- Experience working within SOX, audit, cybersecurity, and enterprise compliance requirements.

Testing, Deployment, and Documentation

- Develop and execute SIT/UAT test cases, maintain technical design documents, process definition documents, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Agile Delivery

Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of English
- Years of Experience: + 3 Years of hands-on in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and integrating Power Automate with SAP APIs.
- Plus: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-500, PL-900, PL-400 or equivalent).

**Work modality: Hybrid**

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week).
