We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Program / Delivery Manager to lead complex Retail and eCommerce technology initiatives while acting as a key onsite liaison between the client, business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.

This is not a traditional PMO-only role. We need someone who can combine strong Project/Program Management skills with sufficient technical understanding to manage complex technology delivery, challenge risks, coordinate multiple teams, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary onsite delivery and client-facing coordinator.
- Understand the client’s business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
- Lead complex Retail/eCommerce B2B and B2C technology programs.
- Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure continuous delivery across time zones.
- Manage Development, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure, Data, Product, Business, Operations, and external vendors.
- Own program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, escalations, and executive reporting.
- Manage RAID governance, project health, critical-path dependencies, and corrective actions.
- Facilitate project estimation with technical teams and consolidate scope, resources, timelines, and assumptions.
- Coordinate QA/UAT, release planning, production readiness, Go/No-Go, deployment, and hypercare.
- Manage client expectations and communicate technical delivery status clearly to both business and executive stakeholders.
- Identify additional client challenges and opportunities where technology services can add value or expand the current engagement.
- Drive vendor and offshore-team accountability and ensure timely handoffs between onsite and offshore teams.

Required Experience
- 10+ years of Project, Program, Technical Delivery,



or PMO Management experience.
- Strong experience in Retail and/or eCommerce technology programs.
- Experience managing B2B and/or B2C digital commerce initiatives.
- Exposure to Retail/eCommerce ecosystems such as:
- eCommerce platforms
- POS / Store systems
- OMS / Order Management
- PIM / Product Catalog
- Marketplaces
- Payments / Checkout
- Inventory & Fulfillment
- Loyalty / CRM
- ERP integrations
- APIs and third-party integrations
- Proven experience coordinating technical teams including Development, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure/Cloud, Data, and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and end-to-end delivery from requirements and estimation through production deployment and stabilization.
- Formal Project/Program governance experience including RAID, change management, dependencies, steering committees, and executive reporting.
- Experience working with onsite and offshore/global delivery teams.
- Strong client-management, consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder-influencing capabilities.
- Ability to understand technical discussions without necessarily being a hands-on developer or architect.
- Fluent technical and executive English required.
- Fluent Spanish required.

Preferred
- Experience with general/offshore teams, particularly India or other distributed delivery models.
- PMP, Scrum, SAFe, Agile, or related certifications.
- Previous experience with Retail platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, SAP/Oracle Retail, Shopify, Mirakl, or comparable enterprise platforms.
