As a Commercial Coordinator, you will support DELTA Mexico's growth by coordinating business development activities, recruiting processes, commercial operations, supplier relationships, contracts, compliance topics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is not a traditional administrative role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, creating structure, building systems, driving follow-up activities, and helping a growing organization become even more successful. You will work closely with management and gain exposure to business development, recruiting, commercial operations, contracts, purchasing, and strategic business topics.
Your ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Commercial Support
- Support lead generation, target account development and business development activities.
- Research potential customers, projects and market opportunities.
- Maintain commercial pipelines, opportunity tracking and customer follow-up activities.




- Support proposal preparation, customer presentations and commercial reporting.
- Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate communication and interview scheduling.
- Maintain recruiting pipelines, candidate databases and onboarding activities.
- Support employee development and talent management initiatives.
- Contribute to employer branding activities and recruiting campaigns.

Contracts, Compliance & Purchasing
- Coordinate supplier registration, RFQs and purchasing activities.
- Maintain contract, supplier and compliance registers.
- Coordinate NDAs, contract reviews and commercial documentation.
- Support REPSE, insurance, compliance and corporate governance activities.
- Track contractual obligations, renewal dates and key compliance requirements.

Marketing & Communications
- Maintain company presentations, project references and customer-facing materials.
- Support DELTA Mexico's LinkedIn
