Responsibilities

- Support the preparation and issuance of Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
- Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Assist in supplier evaluations and commercial analysis.
- Maintain procurement documentation and purchasing records.
- Support sourcing, supplier management, and procurement initiatives.
- Participate in process improvement and cost optimization projects.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.




- Assist with reporting and procurement-related activities as needed.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
- Expected graduation date of at least one year from the internship start date.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Interest in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
