About the Role:

This company is a surplus funds recovery company that helps identify and contact individuals who may be owed funds following property-related proceedings, and they are looking to bring on a Lead Generation & Cold Calling VA to help with lead research, outbound calling, and prospect qualification.

You will research assigned leads, verify relevant information, call prospects using provided scripts, handle basic objections, and pass qualified interested leads to the principal.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Verify property, obituary, lien, and ownership information.

•⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to assigned prospects.
