We are currently searching for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

- Provide hands-on implementation and/or production support for the SF Employee Central module.
- Collaborate and work directly with customers to resolve system issues and gather requirements.




- Manage and execute mass uploads of employee and organizational data information into Employee Central.
- Configure and maintain Business Rules Management and MDF Object Management.

Your Profile (Requirements)

- Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written).
- At least 2 years of proven experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
- Holding an active SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Performance and Goal, and Onboarding.
- Release management experience.
- Ability to manage and work directly with 2+ customers simultaneously.
- Experience with ticketing handling tools (SNOW, JIRA).
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

- Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with integral teams.
- Advanced Spanish.
