Description

In this role, you will evaluate customer applications and process conditions to select, size, and configure pumping and grinding solutions that meet technical requirements while delivering strong commercial value.

Responsibilities

- Review customer specifications, process conditions, technical documentation, and commercial requirements.
- Perform pump sizing, selection, and performance analysis based on customer applications.
- Select appropriate pumping and grinding equipment according to operating conditions and technical specifications.
- Develop accurate and competitive technical proposals and quotations.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and Sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Interpret specifications, datasheets, drawings, and other engineering documentation.
- Recommend equipment configurations that optimize performance, reliability, and commercial value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to support successful project execution.
- Assist in developing application tools, processes, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and technical discussions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes and systems





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in Applications Engineering, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or equipment selection within an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of pumping systems, pump selection, pump sizing, hydraulics, or fluid handling.
- Ability to interpret customer specifications and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail when preparing technical selections, documentation, and quotations.
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting directly with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
