Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate test activities to deliver high-quality testing outcomes
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to test technicians and engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans and procedures
- Ensure compliance with testing standards and protocols




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in test engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools
- Experience leading and coordinating test teams
- Technical expertise in test execution and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance standards
