Success is measured by delivering consistent, accurate and quality work. The Accountant we are looking for has been working in accounting for a few years and they value gaining knowledge and expertise through experience, training and collaborating with peers.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:





- P & L and Balance Sheet transactional detail entry and management for multiple entities

- Reconciliation of all accounts
- Maintaining financial records
- Special Project Management
- All adjusting and transaction entries
- Month-End Close outs

Job Overview & Requirements:

- Accounting Assistant
- Work Hours: Full Time (M-F)
- Training for Position: Informal and Formal
- Strong and demonstratable experience with Excel, Word, Quickbooks and Administrative Skills
- Clear speaking and writing English Skills
- Must have Microsoft office on your computer
- Must have reliable internet connection
