IGSA, a company specializing in power generation solutions, generator sets, and critical infrastructure, is looking to add a Senior Business Development Executive to its team, with proven experience in the Data Center sector. We are seeking a commercially driven professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to build strategic relationships and convert business opportunities into highvalue projects. POSITION OBJECTIVE Develop and consolidate business opportunities for IGSA within the Data Center and critical infrastructure markets through strategic prospecting, key account development, pipeline generation, preparation of technicalcommercial proposals, and negotiation of highvalue projects. The position will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through closing and project followup. RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect and develop strategic clients within the Data Center and critical infrastructure sectors.
Identify new projects and business opportunities.
Build and develop commercial relationships with owners, operators, consultants, integrators, and engineering firms.
Identify customer needs and translate them into technicalcommercial solutions.
Prepare, present, and follow up on commercial proposals.
Coordinate project development with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams.
Present technical and commercial solutions to clients and key decisionmakers.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
Follow up on opportunities through the closing stage.
Manage and keep the sales pipeline updated through CRM.
Prepare sales forecasts and follow up on commercial objectives.
Participate in public and private bidding processes.
Represent IGSA at industry exhibitions, conferences, and specialized events. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B consultative sales.
Proven experience selling generator sets,



power generation systems, backup power solutions, or critical infrastructure.
Mandatory experience in Data Center projects.
Experience developing and managing strategic accounts.
Experience preparing and negotiating technicalcommercial proposals.
Experience negotiating highvalue projects.
CRM and sales pipeline management experience.
Willingness to travel.
Intermediate or advanced English is desirable. TECHNICALCOMMERCIAL KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of Diesel and gas generator sets.
Synchronization and paralleling systems.
ATS and transfer switchgear.
UPS systems.
Electrical distribution systems.
Tier III and Tier IV Data Centers.
N, N1, and 2N redundancy configurations.
TIA942, Uptime Institute, and NFPA standards.
Basic electrical load calculations.
Interpretation of singleline diagrams.
Fuel, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
