As an Analyst, the team members support complex operational and transactional activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, the preparation and posting of journal entries, month end close activities, and property accounting. The objective is to support the recording of all relevant transactions in the general ledger, perform assigned account reconciliations through BlackLine in compliance with the Firm's reconciliation policy, and provide timely reporting to support finance operations as needed. Prepare, validate, and post journal entries in accordance with established accounting policies, process guidelines, and internal controls. Prepare and document balance sheet account reconciliations for assigned member firms, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and appropriate supporting documentation. Investigate, follow up on, and resolve moderate-complexity reconciliation open items, escalating aged, unusual, or non-routine matters as appropriate. Perform period-end close activities and support daily finance operations for member firms in accordance with established close calendars and procedures. Investigate, follow up on, and resolve or appropriately escalate reconciliation open items. Meet established service-level, quality, and productivity targets. Execute assigned record to report (RTR) activities, including general ledger accounting, accrual and prepaid accounting, account analysis, and close support. Compile, validate, and organize data to support reporting, operational analysis, and continuous improvement activities. Maintain complete and accurate workpapers, process documentation, and supporting evidence in accordance with applicable policies and control requirements.
