We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Ad Sales Operations Coordinator to support the execution of digital advertising campaigns. This entry to mid-level role plays a key part in ensuring accurate trafficking, tracking, and reporting of campaigns while working closely with sales and ad ops teams.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Support trafficking and setup of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms- Ensure campaign materials (creatives, tags, specs) are collected and QA’d on time- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance metrics- Assist in pulling performance reports and reconciling campaign data- Help maintain internal documentation, trackers,



and inventory logs- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth campaign executionWHAT YOU WILL NEED- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field- 1–2 years of experience in Ad Ops, Digital Media, or Marketing support role- Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similar- Strong attention to detail and time management skills- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency- Strong communication and teamwork mindsetNICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER- Exposure to programmatic or CTV advertising- Experience with CRM tools or campaign management platforms- Interest in digital media, video advertising, and content monetization
