Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm CT

About the Role

We are looking for a detail‐oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to support our Pricing and Billing teams. This position is idóneo for someone interested in developing strong analytical and administrative skills within a back‐office logistics environment.

You will play a key role in data accuracy, invoice preparation, and pricing support, helping ensure billing processes run efficiently and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately transfer data from reports into spreadsheets
- Track trailer utilization and prepare detention invoices for customers
- Cross‐check rate confirmations against shipment orders to ensure accurate billing
- Assist Billing and Pricing specialists with daily tasks to improve team productivity
- Support bid processing using pricing and bid management platforms




- Review, analyze, and organize billing, pricing, and trailer documentation
- Perform trailer tracking and detection using Excel
- Support pricing‐related tasks

Technical Skills & Requirements

- Intermediate Excel skills (required)
- 10‐key data entry experience (required)
- Ability to download, review, and interpret documents (rates, pricing, trailer data, etc.)
- Strong experience tracking and organizing data in spreadsheets
- Logistics or transportation experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a back‐office environment
- Highly detail‐oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong English communication skills
