Job Overview

We are seeking a Paralegal with employment-based immigration experience to partner with internal legal teams and provide account management services to clients and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, fellow paralegals, and clients, driving processes to completion and managing significant client accounts.]

Key Responsibilities

- ️ Manage client accounts using the Voyager platform: create/maintain profiles, monitor workflows, and oversee onboarding through filing.
- ✍️ Draft immigration applications (forms, letters) and prepare assembled files for attorney review.
- Complete PERM processes from initiation to submission; initiate I-140 and AOS filings.
- Assign tasks to junior paralegals and review their drafted applications.
- Monitor emails and chat messages,



ensuring one-business-day response time to clients.
- Support clients with data reporting (expiration reports, projections, status updates).
- Stay updated on immigration law changes and firm publications.

✅ Skills & Qualifications

- At least 3 years of employment-based immigration experience in a paralegal role.
- Experience with visa types: H-1B, PERM, TN, E-3, H-1B1, I-140, Adjustment of Status, RFE responses, L-1.

- Desired (not required): experience with E-2, O-1, NIW, EB-1A.
- Strong account management skills, able to move cases forward independently.
- Experience directing junior paralegals is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
