Field Motion is building real-world data for physical AI. We're hiring across Latin America to capture structured video/sensor data using your own smartphone - open to both individual operators and managers who can lead and coordinate a team of operators.
Requirements:
- Based in LatAm
- Own a smartphone meeting our specs (sent after you apply)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, able to follow collection protocols
- Access to commercial and/or residential environments for recording is a plus
Roles:
- Individual Operator - collect data yourself
- Team Manager - recruit, coordinate, and manage a team of operators in your area
