Lead maintenance activities to build our product with excellent quality and high availability to achieve delivery and productivity objectives based on the maintenance program and continuous improvement, within cost and savings targets, focusing on specialist development and safe, healthy working conditions through health and safety protocols, using the Maintenance Domain Methodology.
Strategic
Control the maintenance planning and designate who executes each activity (TMS); ensure projects reduce maintenance cost by applying Steps 4 & 5 to all similar equipment.
Perform opportunistic maintenance activities during regular shifts and prepare maintenance materials and tools.
Implement best practices according to new technologies.
Operational
Track the OPE to perform corrective actions and improve processes; analyze EWO to find root causes and assure proper countermeasures; comply with environmental checklists & reports.
Analyze degradation patterns of components to define optimal replacement cycles; collaborate with the Production supervisor to ensure autonomous maintenance activities.
Manage activities and assure completion of countermeasures from SEWO analysis; participate in SEWO to define proper countermeasures; compile SMAT audit; verify and ensure actions completion from SMAT audit; assure proper segregation.
Resource Management
Control implementation of maintenance procedures.




Plan effectively according to the Maintenance Domain Methodology.
Focus on achieving hard savings in your areas to reduce losses.
Other Functions
Control maintenance planning and designate activity execution; coordinate with subsequent shifts if corrections are not finished.
Select and develop maintenance skill trades for corrective or preventive activities.
Manage machine‑related costs and ensure correct Spare Parts Management flow; update TMS with daily operation costs; track costs of daily operation and maintenance requisition orders (MRO).
Verify and assure the completion of quality maintenance activities; define and assure calibration of critical equipment; supervise basic equipment conditions.
Create MP Info for the area; ensure employee skills align with new plant technologies; certify new technologies according to the EEM checklist.
Perform daily risk assessment and evaluation for the team; update Green Cruise & Heinrich Pyramid; manage preventive medical visits; consult and schedule visits in the system.
Position Requirements Experience: At least 5 years in the same position in the automotive industry.
