Role Description The Asesor financiero en cambios is a full-time, on-site role based in Hermosillo, SON. This role is responsible for advising clients on foreign exchange operations, presenting tailored investment and currency strategies, and managing day-to-day transactional needs. The advisor will monitor market movements, analyze financial trends, and provide timely recommendations aligned with clients’ risk profiles and objectives. Daily activities include maintaining close communication with clients, preparing reports and proposals, ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance,



and collaborating with internal teams to deliver efficient and accurate service.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets, financial instruments, and basic macroeconomic concepts.
Ability to analyze market data, interpret financial information, and prepare clear, concise client reports.
Excellent client service, communication, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and internal controls.
Comfort working in a fast-paced on-site environment, managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in brokerage, banking, or financial advisory roles in FX or capital markets is an advantage.
Proficiency in Spanish; knowledge of English and basic digital tools and trading platforms is beneficial.
