The Opportunity We are looking for a Cash Management & Treasury Payouts Specialist to join our globally dispersed Payment Operations team to help process our growing volume of domestic and international payments.

Responsibilities
Process daily payment and foreign exchange transactions timely and accurately and deliver exceptional service to all payers and beneficiaries
Resolve payment related enquiries promptly and independently
Follow strong financial controls and operate consistently within our regulatory and safeguarding policies
Maintain cash balances globally to ensure liquidity to meet all deliverables
Identify processing inefficiencies and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various functions to resolve promptly
Understand cash management and FX trading impacts on Reconciliation / Accounting processes
Help to train and mentor new team members and help maintain training documentation
Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree with 3+ years experience in payments, finance or banking operations
Exceptional attention to detail,



sense of urgency / deadline and strong organizational skills
Great communication and collaboration skills
A positive, can‑do attitude motivated to drive ongoing, continuous improvement
Fluent English, written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
Ability to work with minimum supervision and drive projects to completion in a fast‑paced environment
Possess a willingness and eagerness to learn with a passion for problem solving and helping customers
Excellent analytical and computer skills including proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc.)
Previous team lead or mentoring experience an advantage
