Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance
Drive cost optimization and profitability strategies
Partner closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to support business decisions
Ensure alignment with corporate financial standards and policies

Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role within luxury or upscale hospitality
Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and hotel operations
Proven track record in financial performance management
Strategic mindset with hands‑on leadership approach
