- Post job openings on various platforms and manage the selection process. - Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Evaluate and screen candidates based on job requirements. - Maintain a candidate database and manage communication with candidates. - Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes.
