Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's operational and production goals.
Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes, particularly for technical, engineering, and production roles.
Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and effective conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and corporate policies.
Lead performance management processes, including evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Design and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.




Support training and development initiatives, focusing on technical skills, leadership, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with plant management to optimize workforce productivity and engagement.
Drive organizational culture initiatives and change management processes.
Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, productivity) and implement improvement strategies.
**Estudios / Formación**
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
More than 4+ years of HR experience as a manager, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
Experience working in unionized environments is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
