- **5+ years** of experience in Backend Development using **Java 11+, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture**:
- Experience in **REST APIs**:
- Experience in **JPA/Hibernate**:
- Experience in **Relational Databases**:
- **Advanced English Communication**
- Familiarity with AI tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, AI-assisted development)
