Descripción y detalle de las actividades
Lead the performance of product evaluation activities, quality risk, design review, quality abnormalities, process and supplier audit and statistical process control implementation, according to Panasonic Corporation requirements and Quality Management system, implement and monitoring the new model introduction through all its stage (DR, On-Off, PP review, Product Evaluation, Mass-production and AQ events).
- Perform Quality Control functions including Product Evaluation (Shinsa-Seinhi)), and First Articles inspection to ensure that all finish good products are made according to company quality and external safety and environmental compliance standards.
- Implement the Design review meetings in conjunction with Engineering dept. and involved
areas and monitoring the results, in order to identify the reduce the risk for the introduction of new models.
- Coordinate the PP review meetings with all involved areas and get and monitoring the improvement activities for the abnormalities reported.
- Coordinate and implement the Product evaluation for new model introduction according to Engineering product development schedule and product development flow chart.
- Coordinate and carry out the AQ (Action Quality) meetings stages through Engineering prototype (AQ0), Pre-production (AQ1), Initial Mass-production (AQ2), and First period sale on Market (AQ3)



stages and ensure the participation of all areas involved and reduce any risk of delay the transfer shipment stage.
- Nonconformity management: Identification, analysis, and correction of defects or deviations,
implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Participation in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma).
Experiência y requisitos
- Engineering degree is a must.
1 to 3 Years of experience.
- English spoken and written (Able to communicate effectively).
- Basic computer management (Office, Outlook, etc),.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Able to accomplish tasks with mínimal supervision, ability to understand regulations and laws,
- Initiative, proactive and positive attitude.
