**Seeking Experienced DevSecOps Engineers for Automotive Projects - Hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco**:
We are looking for a skilled **DevSecOps Engineer** with a minimum of **6 years of IT experience** to join a leading automotive technology project.
This role focuses on embedding security into development and operations workflows, automating processes, and ensuring compliance with top security standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Automate and integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and secure cloud infrastructure using **Terraform** or **CloudFormation**.
- Implement observability tools for threat detection and response.
- Ensure systems meet **regulatory and security compliance** standards.
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to promote **secure coding practices**.
- Support **incident response** and security event mitigation efforts.
**Technical Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science** or **Cybersecurity**.
- 3+ years of experience in **DevOps or Security Engineering**.
- Hands-on with **CI/CD tools** (Jenkins,



GitHub Actions).
- Familiar with **cloud platforms**, **containerization**, and **infrastructure as code**.
- Knowledge of **security frameworks and automation tools**.
- Preferred**:CISSP, CKA, or AWS Security certifications**, and experience with **SAST/DAST tools** or **Zero-Trust Architecture**.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent in English (Advanced) C1 - C2
