**Senior Transport and Materials Handling Group Leader (GL SR)**
**Job Objective**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Over 7 years of relevant logistics and supervisory experience in the automotive sector.
- Availability to rotate between 2 shifts.
- Deep knowledge of logistics, process development, and TPS (Toyota Production System).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management.
- Solid experience with ERP PLEX.
- Experience leading more than 5 Team Leaders and up to 40 unionized employees.
- Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing applied to logistics.
- Experience handling mobile equipment (forklifts, tuggers).
**Responsibilities**:




- Direct and coordinate large teams of operators in Conveyance.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards.
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of Kanban and Just-In-Time systems.
- Manage ERP PLEX for inventory control and management reporting.
- Handle personnel issues and labor relations with Human Resources.
- Develop and implement advanced training and Kaizen projects.
- Supervise shipments, receiving, inventory control, and supplier evaluation.
- Implement strict quality controls in logistics processes.
