**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using AI tools, social media, Boolean search, and talent databases.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage labor market insights and talent intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and sourcing campaigns that reflect NIQ's EVP.
- Collaborate with the broader TA team on strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in sales or commercial functions.
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing technologies; familiarity with AI-driven tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.
