**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development of the React codebase for our client's internal design system.
- Contribute to the technical strategy and evolution of internal frameworks, products, and systems.
- Ensure the stability and scalability of the React framework, working closely with the framework development team and the CSS lead.
- Collaborate with the Design team to write code aligned with the standards defined in the internal design library.
- Build and maintain the internal React framework, used to deliver best-in-class digital products with exceptional user experience.
- Partner with Technology teams to support onboarding processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
**Requirements**:
- +5 yrs experience in **React-based architecture and component design.

- Strong understanding of design systems and scalable frontend development.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and design disciplines.
- Proficiency in code quality, reusability, and usability best practices.
