Should know credit risk
- Should have working knowledge of:
- A/B testing
- Credit policy
- Model developed
- Customer segmentation
- Behavior score
- Credit Risk Management
- Should understand how credit card and personal loan works from Credit risk POV
- Bilingual, should be fine with English speaking.
Not excellent
- Hands on experience in Python and Tableau
- Good deck/ PPT making skills
- Budget:30K-75K Pesos per month+ other EXL perks and Bonuses
- There will be 2-3 internal rounds only, no client rounds
