- **Oversee warranty and RMA processes**, ensuring swift response times and meticulous tracking.
- **Monitor key indicators** such as customer satisfaction and product usage, proposing continuous improvements.
- **Provide crucial insights** to the commercial team regarding active accounts and potential growth opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- **Bachelor's degree** in Engineering, Marketing, Aviation Pilot, or a related field.
- **3-5 years of experience** in Customer Success, Partner Management, or Business Development, ideally within the technology or drone industries.




- **Exceptional written and verbal communication skills** in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a significant plus).
- **Proven experience** collaborating with distributors, resellers, or government entities across the LATAM region.
- **Strong analytical and project management abilities**, proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.
- **Willingness to travel** up to 50% of the time.
