We are currently seeking talented a EMS Inside Sales Operations who want to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.
In your new role you will:
- Process price/delivery quotes and respond to customer.
- Coordinate customer needs across multiple organizations (Logistics, Order Mgmt, Customer Service, Quality, etc.)
- Sample Backlog / Entry and Order Management
- RMA processing and/or coordination with CLM team
- Credit note/credit management
- Correspondence with Reps and Customers
- Sales Forecasting
- Design registration/Opportunity funnel managementProvide sales reporting as needed
**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 5+ years of experience with the inside sales/customer services or similar within semiconductor or related industry.
Semiconductor industry experience is highly desired.
Familiarity with contract manufacturing a plus
- Must be highly proficient with Excel.
- Proficiency in SAP & MS Dynamics is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and customer responsiveness is a must
- Demonstrated problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Highly organized and time management skills are required
- Multi-tasking abilities, must be able to manage handle priorities in a highly fluid environmentExcellent English communication and presentation skills
