As a Learning Manager at Amazon, you will play a vital role in developing and managing a team of trainers who are responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to our associates and managers.

v=cozvNg-a5EIKey job responsibilitiesDevelop training plans that minimize disruption to operations while ensuring high-quality training deliveryAudit training/coaching quality and implement corrective actions when necessaryPlan and execute the recruitment and development of top-tier instructorsEnsure positive and effective collaboration between the learning team and other stakeholdersManage a team of Trainers and support their professional developmentAnalyze and interpret metrics to identify areas of improvementProvide training to the learning team on changes to learning materials/processesDevelop training capacity planning and forecasting for new hiresSupport the leadership team with reporting on associate distribution according to training plans and cross‐training initiatives across processesBasic QualificationsExperience collaborating with general and local stakeholdersSpeak, write, and read fluently in English1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentPreferred QualificationsExperience in a training role, including technical training, or a mix of training, performance management and coaching/mentoringExperience working with KPIs and SLAsExperience developing policies and supporting documentationExperience with Agile methods and processesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
