This is a client-facing role focused on building dashboards, managing data flows, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.The adecuado candidate is comfortable working independently, communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring high data quality.
You will work directly with clients—primarily law firms—helping them leverage data to operate more efficiently and make better business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and dataflows in DomoDesign, manage, and validate ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and validation)Integrate data from legal case management systems (CMS)



and other business toolsLead client meetings to gather requirements and present insightsTranslate operational workflows and case lifecycle stages into clear reporting structuresIdentify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities within datasetsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reportingMaintain documentation and provide ongoing client supportRequirements2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligenceExperience working with law firms or legal operationsStrong hands‐on experience with Domo (MANDATORY)Proficiency in SQL and data transformationExperience with legal CMS platforms such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Neos, CloudLex, or HubSpotPrevious experience in client‐facing rolesStrong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non‐technical audiencesAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities or clients#J-*****-Ljbffr
