and direction to team members throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and guide team members on SAP best practices and project management methodologies.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications (e.G., ACCA, CIMA, PMP) are advantageous.Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in finance or accounting, with significant experience in SAP FICO implementations and project management.Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, COPA, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, etc.).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
