Lead EHS strategy deployment, regulatory compliance, and certificationsCoordinate EHS audits, safety programs, and environmental management activities.Sobre nuestro clienteOur client is a sizeable player in the automotive metalwork manufacturing industry.DescripciónAs an EHS Manager, you will play a key role in driving Environmental, Health & Safety performance and ensuring compliance across manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will:Lead ISO ***** and ISO ***** certification activities, audits, and corrective action closure.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Develop and deploy EHS programs, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate internal audits, customer audits, government inspections, and certification audits.Promote a strong safety environment through training, engagement, and risk prevention activities.Monitor and analyze EHS KPIs,
identifying opportunities for improvement.Support corporate and patrimonial security initiatives and compliance efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and sustainable manufacturing operations.Perfil buscadoAs the EHS Manager will play a key role in driving Environmental, Health & Safety performance and ensuring compliance across manufacturing operations.
The succesfull candidate will:Bring 10+ years of professional experience in EHS management within the automotive / metalwork industry.Demonstrate experience in Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or metalworking manufacturing environments.Possess proven expertise leading ISO *****, ISO *****, customer, and government audits.Have experience developing and implementing EHS strategies, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.Show strong leadership, accountability, conflict management, and results-oriented skills.Be comfortable working within highly automated manufacturing environments.Have knowledge of EHS management systems, KPI reporting tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and statistical analysis tools.Possess at least 2 years of experience overseeing Corporate or Patrimonial Security operations.Hold a completed Bachelor's Degree and demonstrate intermediate English proficiency.Qué OfrecemosAbove the law benefits
