- Leads and supervises the Back Office HR team (Personnel Administration, Staffing, Training), develops and grow them.
- Manages sensitive and confidential matters including employee relations, organization changes, and protects the security of information, data and files.
- Interprets, assists and advises employees and managers regarding leave management and benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
- Administers and monitors new hire orientation programs.
Prepares documentation for new hires and establishes, maintains and controls employee records
- Supports training and learning processes to provide adequate recommendations about training courses, suppliers, programs, among others based on cost, quality and impact to the business.




- Analysis of data to identify opportunities in HR processes to implement potential changes by using a lean management approach.
- Conducts research, gathers data and statistical reports, and maintains statistical information.
- Makes a root cause analysis in case there is a process deviation focusing on problem-solving.
- Applies a lean methodology to have a continue improvement process, as well as to create mindset and culture in the organization
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor ́s degree.
- Advanced English language skills
- At least 7 years of experience in HR related topics and 2 as a leader.
- Ability to handle and coordinate several processes at the same time prioritizing them based on criticality and importance.
- Accountability, results orientation, leadership and managing complexity skills.
