As an RF Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end radio network optimization activities across 2 G, 3 G, LTE, and potentially 5 G networks.
You will work closely with vendor and operator teams, supporting new site launches, swaps, and ongoing network performance improvements.
The position involves deep KPI analysis, parameter tuning, feature activation, and troubleshooting of worst-performing cells using Ericsson tools and platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for senior RF professionals seeking international exposure in a challenging, high-impact telecom project.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform RAN optimization activities for 2 G, 3 G, LTE networks (5 G experience is a plus)Execute Initial Tuning for new sites, expansions,
