We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound growth efforts targeting civil engineering firms across the U.S. This role is focused on researching, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to build a consistent pipeline of high‐quality sales conversations.You will play a key role in driving new opportunities by executing targeted outreach and setting meetings with decision‐makers.Responsibilities- Research and identify civil engineering and land development firms in the U.S.- Build and manage accurate, high‐quality lead lists- Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with key decision‐makers (owners,
