Read on for more details about this particular role.Responsabilidades:- Technical Support- PC's and printers troubleshot and maintenance- Internal customer attention- Ticketing System attendance- Keep inventory of all PCs and PrintersRequisitos:- Technical skills: repair and maintenance of PCs and printers- Basic Office 265 application skills- Basic English: written and spoken- Soft skills: Good communication with co-workers and internal clients; self-administered and self-organized.
Proactive, proposing alternative solutions to basic issues.
