Job SummaryPerficient is currently looking to add a dynamic and talentedSenior QA Automation Engineer - Playwrightwith proven experience leading accessibility small size (2 to 3) QA teams across multiple sub-products.
ResponsibilitiesProven experience leading accessibility small size (2 to 3) QA teams across multiple sub-products.
Strong experience in Agile QA methodologies, ceremonies and in-sprint QA delivery models.
Hands-on expertise in accessibility testing using tools such as Axe Dev Tools, ARC Toolkit, NVDA, Color Contrast Analyzer and Accessibility Insights for Web.
Experience in accessibility automation using Axe Dev Tools with Java, Playwright, Python.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with accessibility owners, clients, Engineering Managers, and development teams.




Ability to drive accessibility practices and engagement across client and development teams.
Familiarity with testing in the automotive domain is a plus.
Proficient in using Jira and Confluence for test management, defect tracking, and maintaining traceability throughout the QA lifecycle.
