This role is part of Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery, plays a key role in the Off-Catalog delivery model, handling procurement and the end-to-end Software Sales Process.
This role supports sellers with operational tasks to improve efficiency and maintain a strong customer experience.
The adecuado candidate has analytical skills, procurement expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
They should be proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure while ensuring flawless operations.
How a day-to-day would look like in this role.
Run customer communications, ensuring satisfaction and proactive engagement.
Be responsible for case management, including quote handling and distributor differences.
Build positive relationships with Account Managers and collaborate closely with the sales team.
Understand the customer lifecycle to improve service delivery.
Handle long-term assignments and critical issues optimally.
Handle end-to-end procurement for software purchases, from needs assessment to sourcing and negotiation.
Coordinate with all teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Job RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Language:Advanced English (minimum B2+).
Experience:+1 years in procurement, supply chain, customer management, vendor management or customer support (preferably in the software industry).
Skills:Strong customer focus, active listening, and analytical abilities.
Capabilities:Experience in pricing negotiation, supplier management, and researching multiple data sources.
Work Ethic:Team-oriented, reliable, and able to handle high workloads.
Tools: Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Service Now).
Desired Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge:Understanding of software licensing models, cloud services, and Saa S procurement.
Financial Awareness:Familiarity with international taxes.




Technology Skills:Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
