Key Responsibilities
Analyze and clarify business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications including business architecture, process maps, wireframes and data modelsEnsure comprehensive specification of User Stories with all required data and background analysis available to the entire teamDesign and define related test cases and support the Product Owner in creating effective acceptance criteriaCollaborate cross-functionally with Platform Product Owners, Technology Leads, Business Process Managers, Business Architecture and the Data Office to maintain end-to-end consistency of system, process and information architectureAnticipate and analyze customer needs to develop effective problem-solving solutionsOrganize and prioritize the Product Backlog based on Product Owner guidanceOwn production support for one or more business applications, addressing user requests directly or triaging more complex cases to the development teamCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation on the corporate Wiki

Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience
About You

We need you to bring in the following must haves:
5+ years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or in similar roles
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional product teams
Proficiency in tools like Jira or similar Agile management platforms like Azure Dev Ops
Proficient in Visio, Figma or other process mapping tools, with good knowledge of BPMN
These are additional nice to haves:
Experience with Commercial Insurance products and processes
Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations
Experience with data modeling and database concepts
Familiarity with API design principles
Background in software development or technical implementation
