We're hiring an experienced Legal Assistant to support US law firms.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documents
Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial materials
Assist attorneys with legal research and document preparation
Manage e-filing across court portals and track filing deadlines
Schedule appointments, depositions, and court dates, keeping calendars current
Maintain and update case management systems with accurate, current information
Handle client communications and provide administrative support as needed
What We're Looking For:
Required: Prior experience at a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company
Solid understanding of litigation procedures and civil court processes




Comfortable in case management systems
E-filing portal experience is a plus
U.S. law experience background strongly preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 English or higher)
Strong writing, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Available to work U.S. business hours
