What will you do?




Manage 5-6 executive searches at a time.
Advise clients directly on talent strategy and compensation.
Conduct competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and reference checks.
Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
Adecuado Profile:
Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR (agencies, BPO, corporate, or internships) — any background welcome.
Conversational to advanced English.
Curiosity, discipline, and drive to learn Executive Search from the ground up.
