English Teacher for Very Young Learner (3 Years Old) - In-Person (Mexico City)
We are currently looking for a warm, energetic, and highly patient English teacher to work with a **3-year-old child** in Mexico City.
Requirements Education
Licenciatura or Maestría in a relevant field, such as:
- English Teaching / ELT / TESOL
- Languages / Foreign Languages
- Education or Pedagogy (preferably with early childhood focus)
Teaching Certification
At least one formal English-teaching qualification, for example:
- Cambridge certifications (TKT, CELTA, DELTA, C1/C2 with methodology)
- TEFL / TESOL
- Teaching diploma or teacher training course (UNAM, IPN, Anglo Mexicano, etc.)
**Early Childhood Experience (Essential)**
- Proven experience teaching **very young learners (ages 2-5)**:
- Experience with play-based learning, songs, movement, TPR, storytelling, and creative activities
- Ability to create dynamic, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons
- High level of patience, warmth, and positive energy
(Please note: This role is **not** for adult teaching.)
Language Skills
- Advanced or proficient English level (C1 or C2 recommended)
Location & Availability
- Must currently reside in Mexico City or nearby areas
- Must be available for **in-person teaching**:
- Willing and able to travel to students' locations within CDMX




Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or early childhood methodology background
- Experience teaching pre-school or kindergarten
- Long-term availability
- Availability for mornings
