negotiate lowest total cost of ownership supply side component contracts for assigned commodities. Support sites in achieving customer satisfaction with associated cost, quality, delivery, and working capital.

key job accountabilities

- prepare and execute rfqs: contribute to the integral & regional request for quote (rfq) process, including quoting and repricing efforts, to contribute to cost reduction with a focus on lowest total cost.
- deliver site material escalation support through the parts expediting process (plexpedite). Take swift action on part shortages so our manufacturing sites have the right parts to meet our customers’ needs.
- perform plexus agreement loading, review, and maintenance to ensure continuity of supply.
- maintain data integrity by being detail oriented and tech savvy. Ensure clean data management to safeguard the operational metrics, which allow for quality decision making and management.
- optimize business processes with a lean mindset and an eye for continuous improvement. Drive out waste and downtime from sourcing tools, processes and systems to increase team productivity and value.

education/experience qualifications





- bachelor’s degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
