mechanical engineer is responsible for fulfillment of project objectives: delivery of robust, proven and reliable product in required time, quality and costs.

responsabilities:

- provides technical support within the mechanical construction during product development leading to successful introduction into production
- develops concepts for innovative products with regard to feasibility, cost, lifespan, customer and legal requirement
- applies the best design and process practices (dgl, rules), standard parts, lessons learned, cad standards and cad methodology and specific customer requirements
- provides suggestions for creating and updating dfmea
- cooperates at creation of dfmea, cae plan, dv plan, component test and certification in compliance with the cdp/vpds/vbos, and customer specifications as well as legal requirements.




- actively works within the team to support successful dv / pv and delivery of ppap on time.
- participate on tdr organized by other teams to provide feedbac
- participates in customer & quality audits for given products / projects if required.
- scouts for innovation opportunities, cost optimizations and actively participates in dcrm sessions and participates in their implementation in the project
- provides technical support to new business development (i.e. Vqf, bom, presentation, feasibility)
- prepares and shares given project lessons learned
- performs assignments related to particular development (cdp/pds) projects.

requirements:

- bachelor degree:mechanical engineer or similar
- mimimum 3 years of experience in the position
