job responsibilities

- provide technical support for off-grid, grid-tied and energy storage solar systems via phone, instant messages and emails.
- manage mexico after-sales cases and follow up unresolved tickets from distributor customers.
- hold regular communication meetings with distributors to maintain close cooperation, prepare meeting minutes and track all pending follow-up items.
- assist daily operations of local latin america warehouse as required.
- offer remote technical support to mexican distributors and installers, and deliver on-site support when necessary.
- carry out inverter fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, sort out after-sales service data.
- guide installers through installation, monitoring and later operation & maintenance of residential photovoltaic power stations.
- provide technical promotion support for the sales team.

job requirements

- bachelor's degree or above.
- majors in power electronics, electrical engineering, automation or related disciplines are preferred.




- possess photovoltaic industry working experience with solid understanding of the basic working principles of inverters.
- have practical experience in inverter-related work including inverter commissioning & installation, daily maintenance and fault troubleshooting; candidates with experience on growatt inverters will be prioritized.
- familiar with inverter commissioning and installation standards, proficient in mainstream office software, with basic electrician knowledge including familiarity with different grid types and the ability to operate multimeters.
- english serves as the daily working language for all written and verbal communications.
- be willing to work full-time on-site in mexico city.
- proactive and responsible, with strong communication skills and teamwork awareness; able to efficiently complete project targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
