hyreday is looking for a senior google ads strategist to lead a portfolio of growth-focused clients for a boutique google ads agency. You’ll focus on strategy, client relationships, and data-driven decision-making while partnering with an ads manager who handles in-platform execution. This is a remote, senior-level agency role reporting to the ceo.

location: remote (latam)

schedule: 8 am – 5 pm est usa time. 40 hours per week. Weekends off

?requirements:

- english: c1–c2 required.

- 6+ years managing google ads.

what you’ll do:

- own google ads performance for a portfolio of high-value clients, aligning strategy with business goals and growth objectives.
- diagnose underlying performance issues and design data-driven strategies and structured experiments to improve outcomes.
- lead client meetings, translate complex ads concepts into clear business recommendations, and deliver proactive updates and reports.




- anticipate risks, communicate solutions early, and build long-term client trust through clear, proactive communication.

we’re looking for someone who:

- c1-c2 english level spoken and written.
- located in latam.
- has 6+ years managing google ads at a high level within a us/uk/aus agency and deep expertise across search, shopping, and pmax.
- thinks beyond optimizations to align ads strategy with business metrics like profitability and cac.
- communicates clearly with business owners and marketing leaders and takes ownership of outcomes.
- embraces ai as a productivity tool while owning strategic judgment and thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous remote environment.
